On average, flower drop-off to frame delivery is 5-7 months, but can vary depending on the time of year.

We will notify you once your flowers are taken out of their presses and enter our design queue. Quality preservation takes time, and our team is committed to giving each handmade heirloom the time and attention it deserves.

In all cases, the sooner, the better. Depending on condition and how they’ve been cared for, we usually accept flowers no more than 5 days following your event. Keep your flowers in clean water and stored in a cool area until they reach us.

Pressed flowers often don’t replicate the original vibrant appearance of fresh flowers. During preservation, petal colors often shift, change, and then fade over time.

To ensure you are satisfied with your final arrangement, our design team will send photos of your design for feedback and approval before anything is sealed in the frame.

Up until we receive your flowers, we can accommodate any frame size changes. Once we receive and begin to press your flowers, no sizing changes are accepted. Not sure which size? The frame size guide shows each size on a wall at scale.
